Why Forgiving Actions Does Not Work

• It is important to understand why forgiving the traditional way does not work.
• Forgiving the action does not help because we do not want to experience the action again anyway.
• We will experience a form of the action again if we do not forgive the names we hold the experience on.  
• Forgiving the name helps to release our energy to protect us better and to have less things happen to be protected from.
