HOW DO WE KNOW WE HAVE CORROSIVE ANGER?

By Our Feelings!

We Feel:

     Corrosive Feelings

     Hurt Feelings

     Bad Feelings

     Feeling Separation From Others

     Feeling Depresses or Enraged

     Feeling Not at Peace

     Feeling Separation From Our Higher Power

HOWEVER, WE MUST FIRST RECOVER OUR FEELINGS BY THE SAME PROCESS AS THE PROCESS OF CHANGING OUR CORROSIVE ANGER TO AUTHENTIC ANGER.

WHAT ARE THE RESULTS OF CORROSIVE ANGER?

* Sickness

* Poverty

* Misery

* Ruined Relationships

* Ruined Careers

* Ruined Health

* Violence to Community from petty larceny to murder

* Accidents

* Depression

NOTE: Be careful to not judge any of these as bad as they may be the result of authentic anger leading to health, wealth and happiness. The way back to health is the same way we got to lack of health. The difference is that with healthy and authentic skills we can get through our illnesses faster with a better state of mind.  This process is shown in the healing cycle process figure where a level of spiritual experiences and authentic anger is followed by the next layer of corrosive anger.
