This presentation started from a process that our church went through.  

We were learning which of the four major personality types we preferred and how that related to our spiritual gifts.  

The counselor that is the associate pastor used the "Personal Profile" system with the "Dominating" and "Influencing" and "Steadying" and "Cautioning" types.  

This reminded me of how I have learned that many of the four personality type systems had a lot in common.  

You will see how much that some personality systems have in common on the next slide.

This process also inspired me to look at how we can use personality types to pray more effectively.
