One Healing Process
One spiritual healing process is where we first have
a difference between what we have and what we want.
That is my definition of upset. However, there are many
forms of upset. There is anger, fear, pain, illness, emotional
stress and so on. Perhaps we are asking God "Why?" Then
we can show our upset. Whatever the difference between
what we have and what we want, one way back to what
we want is the first step of forgiving. That is why I have
my forgiving card at the bottom of this page.

Healing Continued
The next step happens automatically, when we are
upset and forgive, we feel our pain. Pain can heal when
we accept our pain. We can deny our pain and deny
our healing. Pain tells spirit what to heal. When we
get out of denial of our pains, we are joining spirit
in our healing process. When we are denying our
pain, we are separating ourselves from spirit. This
step is all about acceptance, acceptance of our pains.
This step is the shortcut back through our pain ,to our
loving spirit.
So actually, there we only have two steps, forgiving
and accepting. The upsets are already there.

Long Term Healing
When we have learned to forgive, and to accept with
gratitude, we still will have challenges. Challenges to
learn how to forgive and to accept with gratitude more.
And we still will have our pains. Pains to accept with
gratitude. Pains to tell us what to do. For in more totally
feeling our pains, we are learning how to feel once again.
To feel like a child again. To feel like a baby again. Our
road to recovery leads back to where we came from,
spirit.

Our God Connection
Our God has never lost his connection with us. We regain
our connection with God at the level we are at, when we decide
to return. God takes us where we are and leads us home. That
is why we have so many different expressions of God. We are
expressing at the level we find our God. Then as we grow in
God, we express at the levels that we have grown to.
So, when we disagree with someone or an organization
that is expressing their God, we are disagreeing with God at
that level. It is much better and wiser to just realize that they
are expressing God at the level they found God. The only thing
to pray for is for God's will in their lives and ours and not for
our own will. You see, God's will is for us to grow in his will
which is for our spiritual health, wealth and happiness for
everyone.

Peace
We have more peace, when more of our conflicts within
are resolved. That does not mean that we have no conflicts
without. How else can we know we have some peace unless
we are challenged from time to time?
Coaching others to find more peace, can be challenging
from time to time. That is the good news. Then there is
something to resolve within ourself. When we are upset,
we have an inner conflict to resolve. When we can not
resolve our inner conflict by ourselves, sometimes we
need a coach to coach us on how to do that for ourselves.
I am grateful for the coaches I have found in my life.
Very Respectfully,

I started my daily page, because it is useful for me to look for some recovery tip or secret each day for my spiritual growth. we and I only need one secret to work on and let it work on me each day. They are secrets because they are usually the opposite of what the majority of society teaches. They must be secret because they are not commonly used. A friend of mine once said "Common Sense is not much in Common.". Now that I have grandchildren I am also writing for them. I would have really liked for my grandparents to have passed on what they learned.
I am including Sunday as it is my formal day of learning the lord
most high's secrets. If you would like ask questions, or contribute
some of your wisdom, or want to make some comments or want to vote for which
day to put on my tip of the month page or tell your success stories, click
