How can we have a Happy New Year and Millennium?
One way, is to make each day from now on a celebration
of that day. Each day we are alive is a day to celebrate. We
do not need special days, to make each day special. The more
we celebrate, the more we have to celebrate. We could call
each day a being alive celebration day. Then we get more
aliveness to celebrate.

Who do we depend on for our real happiness?
Ourselves. Others can not give us happiness, they can
only give themselves happiness.
Part of ourselves is our lord most high within.
Happiness is getting to know that part of ourselves.
When they are not happy it is more challenging
for us to be happy. However, it is still our choice
to be unhappy when they are unhappy.
I heard about someone who had become free,
but was concerned that they were not attached.
They went back on their meds and are now getting
attached to their meds. It takes courage to be free.

Why did they not have enough courage?
Because they allowed themselves to be discouraged.
They had parents that were afraid of them being free.
They did not have a strong intention of getting free, no
matter what. The did have an intention of getting off
their medications, slowly. They were wise about that
and had a supporting doctor. They got their intention
on their medications. They just were not ready for
feeling detached and objective. They got a taste of
freedom as a side effect, but it was not yet their time
to remain free. That time is when they intend to be
free, free of their parents. That time is when they
intend to be free, in spite of any discouraging words.
That time, is when they intend to be free ,in spite of
what that is really like.

What takes more courage?
It could take more courage to be more careful with
your meds, when children depend on you. Like everything
else, it just depends on our circumstances. And even when
we are careful with our meds, we could have ups and downs
come upon us, where we have a need for less of a crutch and
then for more of a crutch. Crutches do not heal, but they help
in our healing process.

What also takes courage?
To feel our pains until we recover from them. To feel
and experience the sometimes strange symptoms of our
recovery processes.
Very Respectfully,

I started my daily page, because it is useful for me to look for some recovery tip or secret each day for my spiritual growth. we and I only need one secret to work on and let it work on me each day. They are secrets because they are usually the opposite of what the majority of society teaches. They must be secret because they are not commonly used. A friend of mine once said "Common Sense is not much in Common.". Now that I have grandchildren I am also writing for them. I would have really liked for my grandparents to have passed on what they learned.
I am including Sunday as it is my formal day of learning the lord
most high's secrets. If you would like ask questions, or contribute
some of your wisdom, or want to make some comments or want to vote for which
day to put on my tip of the month page or tell your success stories, click
