How can we get rid of too much on our plate?
I am writing about this, because I need to eat
less and to get some things off my plate. So, I am
interested in anything that works to reduce what
we want to do to what we can easily do. That
does not mean that we do not enjoy having
challenges to keep it interesting. It does mean
to keep the challenges reasonable.
Mail your suggestions and successes to me.

Teamworking
This is what I have been writing about on
teamworking. Teamworking is networking with
others to learn more than we can by ourselves.
That is why I asked for some assistance. When
I was learning how to assist others in my masters
program, my learning also included learning how
to ask for assistance.

How can I do better teamworking?
One way to start is to get to know our team
members in depth. That means taking time to get
to know them informally and formally. That means
taking time from "work" to get to know them. The
paradox is that work becomes more efficient. That
is because, as we get to know others in depth we
begin to trust them more. We also know more of
what they know and what they can contribute to.
Things flow better with less friction when we know
others better. With less friction there is more efficiency.
Less friction does not mean less excitement. In fact the
new flow can be exciting.

I started my daily page, because it is useful for me to look for some recovery tip or secret each day for my spiritual growth. we and I only need one secret to work on and let it work on me each day. They are secrets because they are usually the opposite of what the majority of society teaches. They must be secret because they are not commonly used. A friend of mine once said "Common Sense is not much in Common.". Now that I have grandchildren I am also writing for them. I would have really liked for my grandparents to have passed on what they learned.
I am including Sunday as it is my formal day of learning the lord
most high's secrets. If you would like ask questions, or contribute
some of your wisdom, or want to make some comments or want to vote for which
day to put on my tip of the month page or tell your success stories, click
