What to do?

There are many times when we do not know what to do.

Sometimes, that is most of the time.  Our challenge can be to

slow down enough, to just know what to do.  That can be quite

a challenge.  We tend to want to do too much.  We tend to want

too many things.  We get addicted to the any forms of excitement.

All the way from anger to avoid boredom to watching the news to

avoid boredom.  It does not matter what the form of the addiction is.

Perhaps the only real problem, challenge, is to find how to not be

bored.

1 February 2000

How can we not be bored?

When we are paying attention, we are not bored.  We live on a planet

that can be dangerous.  We live where there are many games going on.  We

live where there are many people taking many trips.  We are free to keep

ourselves safe or put ourselves in harms way.  Sometimes we are not free to

keep ourselves safe, and our community puts us in harms way, to protect our

community's safety.  We are challenged in many ways.  There is always some

thing that needs doing.  There is always something that needs solving.  What

is the problem?

What are aliens?

Before we need to be concerned about aliens, we have more aliens within

ourselves to deal with.  These are our subconscious parts.  These are our parts

that are unconscious to us.

Could these unconscious parts make themselves known to us by showing

up as experiences with aliens?  Of course.  Does that mean that all experiences

with aliens are from our subconscious?  Yes, in a way.  That is, whether the

experience is real or imagined, it still has some relationship to our consciousness.

Does that mean that aliens do or do not exist?  No.

How could we find if aliens exist?  That would not be very easy.  It seems

that we have not been able to capture any of them, other than stories of their

capture.  The hard way would be for us to resolve all issues we have within us,

until there are no more unknown parts.  Then, there would be no aliens without.

Of course, when we all were that clear, we would know and be in contact with

any real aliens that we wanted to in our real world, through our inner world, and

perhaps our outer world.  These aliens would be coming in peace, since we

would all be at peace.

Since we are not all at peace, perhaps we need to know more about how

we cause violence.

3 February 2000

How can we find peace?

When we find the God of the Old Testament dead in us.  When we find

the God of the New Testament alive in us, along with the God of the Old

Testament that repented and atoned for all our mistakes.

When our God concepts are like some of the concepts of the God of

the Old Testament, then we are ALSO angry, violent, wrathful, vengeful, ...

To find peace, that God has to die in us.  To find peace, the God of mercy,

love, forgiveness, atonement, etc. has to grow up in us.  That is, when we

want peace.  That is, when we would not be bored with peace.

4 February 2000

How else can we find peace?

This is a hard one.  We can find ultimate peace, when we believe we live

in a fair universe.  We can not really be at peace, with an unfair universe and

or unfair God.  Then we are always at war with our world, our universe.  When

we are asked how the world is treating us, we have to reply "Not Good".

When I am asked, I usually reply "Good Enough For Today."

Robert Schuler wrote a book called "Life's Not Fair, But God is Good."

Although I do enjoy most of Robert's positive ministry, this book particular

book is not of real comfort, since it spreads the concept of an unfair universe

and ultimately an unfair God.  A better title would be "Life Is Fair, And So

Is God."  It could have a subtitle of "We Are Responsible When It Is Not."

Very Respectfully,

"Learn HOW to recovery by discovering the blocks you need to remove and the actions you need to take and what you need to let go of as your blocks to your blessings."

If you would like a free monthly newsletter with coach's hints on a single subject, click RBD's Free Monthly Newsletter Registration Form.

I started my daily page, because it is useful for me to look for some recovery tip or secret each day for my spiritual growth. we and I only need one secret to work on and let it work on me each day.  They are secrets because they are usually the opposite of what the majority of society teaches.  They must be secret because they are not commonly used.  A friend of mine once said "Common Sense is not much in Common.".  Now that I have grandchildren I am also writing for them.  I would have really liked for my grandparents to have passed on what they learned.

I am including Sunday as it is my formal day of learning the lord most high's secrets.  If you would like ask questions, or contribute some of your wisdom, or want to make some comments or want to vote for which day to put on my tip of the month page or tell your success stories, click Michael Foster, M.
