What Time Is It?
This morning I woke up to my three year old grandson
trying to wake me up. I was awake, but my body was not
yet ready to get with it. My grandson tried first with a party
favor that you blow to stick it out. He blew it out until it was
blown out. Then he brought me my glasses. Then he brought
me my watch. I asked him what time it was. He looked at
and then said: "It is time to wake up."
He is right, it is time to wake up. It is time to be waking
up more all the time. It is time to pay attention to everything
that is brought to our attention.

Catching Up
There is no rational way to catch up, with all the stuff
I want to do. There is an irrational way. That way is to
keep asking God, "What to do?" Asking this all the time
has lead to a shift in thinking. That has led to shifts in
what I am doing. That has led to shifts in what I am
thinking and so on.

Group Productivity
When there is a group in conflict, or in a slump,
there is something that can be done. What I found as
an EEO Counselor at the U. S. Navy's headquarters
for ships, was that everyone in each group has a vote
on how things are going. That means everyone. So,
what I did was listen to everyone in depth. I talked
with each of them in depth. When each group had
someone to listen and talk in depth, with some ideas
of how to resolve each issue, the group got better and
the presenting "EEO problem" went away.
When you have a group in conflict or in a slump,
and are interested in getting better, I can assist.

Productivity
I once asked the Holy Spirit, what is the secret of
teamworking and productivity, after being a project
team leader for many years. Then, a book in our library
by the Likerts caught my eye. That book became my bible
that revealed the secrets of teamworking and productivity.
That book is now out of print, but I found my personal
copy on the internet. The title is "New Ways of Managing
Conflict". The secret is that the more enlightened, the more
our team has the mind of Christ, the more joy and peace
they have, more their conflicts are resolved, the more
frictionless they are, the more creative and productive
they are. The book did not use these terms, they used
business terms, except for enlightened, but the meanings
are the same.
When I assist any team I use the heart of the heart
of the rating scales the Likerts developed and teach
how to use these simple rating scales, for the advancement
and advantage of any team. It does not matter if it is a
church, family, business, or sports team.

All Joy
Paul wrote he counted it all joy. Another way of
giving thanks in everything. We would have to be an
optimist to think that all things work out for those
that love our lord most high within, and without. Yet,
that is exactly how things are.
Yesterday I had a headache and mild flu symptoms.
I look at any of my symptoms as part of my overall
healing process. So, I do count it as all joy to just
get through any symptoms and on to the next symptom.
I can count it as all joy for you too, but it will not help
you on your recovery road until you do also.
This is not to suggest that we do not get the assistance
of those in the healing professions when our symptoms
need to be reduced or transformed. This is to suggest
that even as we ask for assistance we count it all joy.
Very Respectfully,

I started my daily page, because it is useful for me to look for some recovery tip or secret each day for my spiritual growth. we and I only need one secret to work on and let it work on me each day. They are secrets because they are usually the opposite of what the majority of society teaches. They must be secret because they are not commonly used. A friend of mine once said "Common Sense is not much in Common.". Now that I have grandchildren I am also writing for them. I would have really liked for my grandparents to have passed on what they learned.
I am including Sunday as it is my formal day of learning the lord
most high's secrets. If you would like ask questions, or contribute
some of your wisdom, or want to make some comments or want to vote for which
day to put on my tip of the month page or tell your success stories, click
