What are the spiritual implications of Fibromyalgia, continued?
We are continuing some of the ways that help Fibromyalgia heal. These
are generic ways. Generic ways of healing tell us a lot about how spirit works.
Today's new way is nutrition. For some people with these symptoms, changes
in nutrition helps. Dr. Janet Travell noticed that nutrition effected the levels of
pain in the facial muscles. The doctor that wrote the article I referenced last
week noticed that magnesium, malic acid and B12 helped some. Those with
irritable bowel syndrome with changing constipation, diarrhea and stomach
pain were help more.
Some are helped by getting away from things they are sensitive like "perfume,
solvents, pesticides and heavy metals". Some are helped by magnets. Some
are helped by psychologist. Things like "breathing techniques, relaxation strategies,
cognitive restructuring, activity pacing, managing negative emotions and controlling
pain relapses." Cognitive restructuring is just changing how we think about something.
Biofeedback and group therapy help some. Many had abuse in their past lives. It
could even come from past lives in our collective unconsciousness.

What clues do these thing give you?
I do not know about you, but they tell me that the recovery process is unique
to each person. It also tells me that the recovery processes are in common. The
same techniques keep showing up. So doing any generic process is an action prayer
for recovery. Asking our lord most high within is a wise way to pick the most
effective forms of action prayer for recovery.

How can we respond with understanding and caring instead of anger?
Well, my mother told me to count to ten before responding. What if we
took longer than ten seconds? What if we took a day? What a difference
a day makes. We could see everything better when we have an intention of
seeing everything better. Of course, we could see everything worse when that
is our intention. So, we need more than time. We need to have a positive
intention to view things with understanding and caring.

How can we respond with gratitude when we lose something?
By looking for what we are gaining in the long run. I know that sounds
simple and I know that it is hard. Life is like that, simple and hard. Most
techniques to facilitate recovery are like that, simple and hard.

How can we learn gratitude?
One spiritual exercise I heard about yesterday was to end the day
with a list of things you were grateful for during that day. It helps to
get us in contact with our attitude and altitude of gratitude. The truth is
that it also gets in contact with our lord most high within. That is the
state that our lord most high within lives in. Discovering more and more
of our lord most high within is on our royal road to recover. Recovery
is a process, not an event.

I started my daily page, because it is useful for me to look for some recovery tip or secret each day for my spiritual growth. we and I only need one secret to work on and let it work on me each day. They are secrets because they are usually the opposite of what the majority of society teaches. They must be secret because they are not commonly used. A friend of mine once said "Common Sense is not much in Common.". Now that I have grandchildren I am also writing for them. I would have really liked for my grandparents to have passed on what they learned.
