Daily Steps On Our Road to Recovery for 4 to 9 September 2000

We have moved into our new home and I am now working towards putting my daily writings on http://www.ThemeStream.com. There was less new articles here for a while, as I completed my priority moving processes. I am also working towards rewriting much of the material here each day and moving it to http://www.ThemeStream.com. Examples are "Radical Prayer" and How to Recover, Because Of AND In Spite Of .

Published Last Time. A daily hint has published each day since June 1996 except recently. This is past my forth year anniversary, since starting my web pages. Page Down for the next days that are added a day at a time. I appreciate any feedback, questions and suggestions that you have.

What is happening now?

I now have completed my review copy of my CDROM, full of free programs, for my college class. I will send my current version, to anyone that sends me $5. Or, you could get your copy for free by signing up at PayPal.com, where they will give you $5 in addition to sending $5 to me.

I recently mowed our lawn and took a bath and found some new ways to look at things, to help in our recovery. Take a look at "How to learn from our lawns and baths."

I would be even more grateful when you sign up at ProPay.com, where they will give you $10 in addition to sending $10 to me. They did not have a bonus when I signed up, but I liked their program. When I get my $5 or $10, I will send you a copy of my free programs collection CDROM. When you live outside the USA you could get the $10 deal or send extra postage...

Things are changing in our Internet get paid world. AllAdvantage.com is having to scale back their rate of payment and time paid for. This could be a critical time to support them.

What do economics, have to do with recovery?

Everything and yet nothing. Everything, because

recovering financially, can have a lot to do with

issues that are close to us. Money is often the

last recovery issues. Money upsets more people

than sex. Nothing, because in the end, finances

are nothing ,when we are considering our ultimate

questions.

When we are rich, we do not need God. Not

necessarily true. When we are rich and have

everything, we could want, we can not buy God.

We can buy a crowd, but we can still have a case

of loneliness. We can have more money than we

can spend, and yet have an infinite hole that only

God can fill. When we are filled by God, we are

full filled, fulfilled. Then, we are never alone.

When we are fulfilled, all our needs are taken

care of. Then it is a matter of what God wants.

Now, back to the economics. We can even

get a free car, when we are willing to let our car

be an advertising device, where an advertiser wants

to advertise.

I started my daily page, because it is useful for me to look for some recovery tip or secret each day for my spiritual growth. we and I only need one secret to work on and let it work on me each day. They are secrets because they are usually the opposite of what the majority of society teaches. They must be secret because they are not commonly used. A friend of mine once said "Common Sense is not much in Common.". Now that I have grandchildren I am also writing for them. I would have really liked for my grandparents to have passed on what they learned.
